Persatuan Kebajikan Asas Pulau Pinang (PKAPP) was formed in 2016 by a group of entrepreneur professionals and volunteers who are passionate to serve the community. PKAPP envisions community equipped with education, skills and knowledge; living in peace, unity and harmony. Our mission is to uplift lower socio-economic background community, develop young generations, and build the community towards their future undertakings.
